orelea acts as a B2B marketplace connecting Travel Advisors, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), and Hotels. Orelea does not operate tours, accommodations, or services directly.
Memebership eligibility
- Travel agency, destination management company, and Hotels must apply for membership.
- orelea reserves the right to accept or decline applications. referrals from the network accelerates the acceptance
Transactions & payments
- All transactions are processed securely via the Platform.
- Payment terms, commissions, and cancellation policies are outlined during booking.
- orelea may charge service fees as indicated in partner agreements.
Liability (to be discussed with the lawyers)
- orelea is not responsible for service delivery, quality, or disputes between agencies and suppliers.
- orelea facilitates introductions, bookings, and payments only.
Data & privacy
- orelea complies with GDPR and applicable privacy laws.
- Users consent to Orelea storing and processing data for operational purposes.
Termination
